• RxPrism Health Systems Private Limited ("RxPrism", "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us") is the owner of the "My Show & Tell" and the "RxSling" mobile applications ("Apps").
  • The terms "You" and "Your" refer to You as a Show & Tell video Content Viewer. The term 'Show & Tell video Content' will be hereinafter addressed as "Content".
  • RxPrism is committed to Your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, usage, storage, processing, and destruction of Your Information (defined below) when You view the Content created and forwarded by Our App users.
  1. Why This Privacy Policy?
  • 1.1. This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with, inter alia:
  • 1.1.1. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000
  • 1.1.2. Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the "SPI Rules")

  1. Consent From Viewers
  • 2.1. By tapping the "OK" button on the Privacy Policy pop-up that You see when You open Your first Show & Tell Content URL on Your browser, You thereby consent to the collection, usage, storage, processing, destruction of Your Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that You are providing this consent out of Your own free will.
  • 2.2. You have the option not to provide Your consent or withdraw Your consent at any point by tapping the Unsubscribe button in the Information tab on the top-right corner of a Show & Tell video Content or by writing to Us at snt@rxprism.com. If You do not provide Us Your consent or withdraw Your consent at any point in time, We shall have the option not to fulfil the purposes for which the said Information was sought.
  1. Changes to the Privacy Policy
  • 3.1. Although We may attempt to notify You when major changes are made to Our Privacy Policy, You should periodically review the most up-to-date version at www.myshowandtell.app/viewer/privacy.html. We may, in Our sole discretion, modify or revise this Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies at any time and You agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. The last sentence in this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
  1. What Information We Collect?
  • 4.1. As a Viewer who receives Content from the commercial users of Our Apps, We may collect the following Activity Information from You for analytical purposes (However, We do not Collect all these Information if You are a Viewer who receives Content from noncommercial users of Our Apps):

  • 4.1.1.1. City of Your mobile device
  • 4.1.1.2. IP address of Your mobile device
  • 4.1.1.3. Latitude-longitude of Your mobile device
  • 4.1.1.4. Checksum browser metadata
  • 4.1.2. What are Your activities on the Content?
  • 4.1.2.1. Button taps/clicks
  • 4.1.2.2. Video Content views
  • 4.1.2.3. Video Content view duration
  • 4.1.2.4. Video Content view percentage
  • 4.1.3. What is Your feedback on the Content (Optional)?
  • 4.1.3.1. Rate the Content
  • 4.1.3.2. Provide opinion or feedback on the Content
  • 4.2. Besides the aforementioned Activity Information, We also collect some of Your Personal Information from commercial users of Our Apps who send You their Content (This is applicable only for Viewers who receive Content from Our commercial users.):
  • 4.2.1. Your mobile number that Our commercial users select from their Contacts list before they share their Show & Tell Content with You
  • 4.2.2. Personalized (welcome) text that Our commercial users may add to their Show & Tell Content before they share it with You
  • 4.3. Important Note: The short URL that You receive from Our commercial users will usually have the rxp.at and/or rxpl.info domain. Besides the Content from Our commercial users and some application details, You will not be disturbed by any other contents in any form when you access the rxp.at and/or rxpl.info domain URL.
  1. How We Collect Your Activity Information?
  • 5.1. The methods by which We collect Your Activity Information include but are not limited to the following:
  • 5.1.1. Your approximate location: From third parties and from the default options available on Your browser, which We are allowed to know (legally), without any specific intervention from You
  • 5.1.2. Your Content activities: Through the Content player itself
  • 5.1.3. Your opinion on the Content: Driven by the user interface
  1. How We Use the Collected Information?
  • 6.1. We use Your Activity Information We collect for the following purposes:
  • 6.1.1. Your location enables Us to ensure You receive relevant and localized Content quickly and securely.
  • 6.1.2. Your Content activities help us understand Your Content preferences better so that We can serve You with more personalized Content and consequently improve Your Content viewing experience. Besides, this Information also helps Us to gauge the real-time performance of the Content.
  • 6.1.3. Your opinion on the Content enables us to understand Your preferences and choices and thereby provide customer-centric products and services.
  1. How We Protect Your Information?
  • For Viewers of the Content from commercial users only
  • 7.1. The security of Your Personal Information collected during registration is important to Us. We restrict access to Your Personal Information to Our and Our affiliates' employees, agents, third party service providers, partners, and agencies who need to know such Personal Information in relation to the Purposes as specified above in this Privacy Policy and provided that such entities agree to abide by this Privacy Policy.
  • 7.2. While We will endeavor to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which We hold about You and prevent unauthorized access, You acknowledge that the Internet is not 100% secure and that We cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of Your Personal Information. We will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of information caused by Us in relation to Your Personal Information.
  1. Grievance Redressal
  • 8.1. We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that You may have regarding the processing of Your Personal Information. If You have any such grievances, please write to Our Grievance Officer at snt@rxprism.com and Our officer will attempt to resolve Your issues within 7 working days.
  • 8.2. RxPrism reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.
